Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are to be made 24 hours in advance. No notification after 30 mins will result in a CANCELLATION and you will be prohibited from booking another appointment in the future. There will be a 50% fee for no call no show. After 20 minutes you are late and a $20 fee will be added to you balance. There is a 30 deposit to book any services, It is to hold your spot and will go towards your final balance. Canceling on the same day will result in full payment of the service or 50% depending on the stylist discretion.Thank you
